Christmas at this hotel was a delight! Best aspects of this hotel were the friendly and professional staff who catered to our every need and the affordable room rates. the hotel's location in the heart of the city allowed us to walk to many nearby attractions and experience the local culture.
We disliked the fact that the rooms were not as clean as expected and required some improvement. the noise level from the busy street was a bit high at times which made sleeping a little difficult.

For my recent visit to this city, I stayed at a hotel located on a busy street that was within walking distance to the Kasi Viswanath temple and the main ghat. The hotel's location was the best part of my stay. The cleanliness of this hotel was top-notch. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all my requirements were met.

The accommodations themselves are disappointing.

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, with many of the city's main attractions and best restaurants within walking distance. Staff members were always friendly and willing to help. The hotel's rooftop was also a nice spot for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The room was not as clean as expected with stains on the bedding and towels. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak and only available in the lobby.
